I did Bachelors degree in Electronics (three years) and Master's in Computer Applications (MCA) in India. My lawyer filed for my labor on EB2 and job requirement is 4Years Bachelor degree. Now my lawyer is saying that it is not possible to file my I-140 in EB2 category as I don't have 4Year Bachelor degree and nowadays they are strictly looking for 4yrs degree even though I have Master's. They don't want to take a risk as they could deny my I140 and I need to start from scratch again, which scares me a lot. Can you please advice me on what I can do.
