I am really confused about PERM process. my company applied of my greencard process in the month of sept 2004 and my catagory is EB3 because i have a 3 yrs bachelors degree from india.
1)My question is can i apply for PERM process by cancelling the old one?
2)can apply on EB2 catagory? because i have a two yrs P.G diploma in computers from a private computer institue, which is not as big as NIIT or aptech. I have 5yrs working experience in U.S and 2yrs in India.
am i eligible for EB2 catagory? if so can i apply now for EB2 catagory using PERM process?
I heard that EB3 is taking longer time than earlier. please help me with the above questions.
