EB2 or EB3?? Help needed on Prevailing wage info

Hi,
My company is in process of filing my PERM. I need some suggestions and recommendation on the category it should be processed - EB2 or EB3?

I have Bachelors (3 Years from India) + Masters (2 Years from India) + 10 Years of experience.
BBA + MBA + 10 years

Q0. I have read in many places that we may get denials with 3 years of Bachelors with EB2 ? is that correct ?... any suggestions.

Q1. As per the Prevailing wage info my prevailing wage is 59K (with Skill level 1) but my actual salary is 97K - does that make any difference ?

Q2. As per my Draft PERM application -
Under section - Job Opportunity Info - Education Minimum level is "None".
My Attorney recommended to keep it that way since I do not have 4 years Bachelors. Will this have any adverse effect?

The Job title is Sr Application Analyst.

Please suggest....

It depends on job requirements not your qualifications. PERM requires the assistance of an attorney, and his advice should be followed. Since there is no minimum education requirement for the job, it can be no more than EB3. (Sounds odd since title is Senior ...)
