EB2 NOV. 2003 Finally I140/485 Approved

Just got an email from USCIS, My I-140/485 was approved on March 8.
5 years waitting is over, finally I am done. Good luck to you all, hope my approval will bring some hope.
Here is my info.

EB2 Regular, from Michigan, PD: July 2000.
Three years for Labor Process, Working for Auto Big Three
I140/485 ND: 11/05/03
No LUD update, No RFE
I-140/485 AD: March 8, 2005

Wow, that was a very long wait, specially under EB2. Now you can speed drive on your path of freedom.

Congrats. You really deserve this. I can understand 5 years wait time. Mine is almost 4.5 yrs.

Can you put your Labor Pd and other details as Signature. Since you are saying 4.5, I'm assuming that your PD date is some where in 2002. I think you will see both your 140 and 485 getting approved together.

I'm Dam Sure on this. I'm following the forum and seeing EB2 concurrent approvals only if the PD is of 2000 or 2001 or 2002. NSc is working properly for the last one month. either Eb3 or Eb2 they are processing as per PD. at the same time a batch of officers are approving 140 from 2003 { as per ND } for EB2 and 140 of 2004 { as per ND }for EB3. If any body observes carefully they will find.

I hope NSC works like this.
