Eb2 NIW transfer case

Hi All,

I need your suggestion/help.

NIW-Eb2 Self petitioned.
Application was mailed in last week of May 2001.
ND: July 31, 2001
NSC

Mean time changed the job in June 2001, which comes under TSC.
RFE, about NYDOT, issued in Sept. I did reply in October (with
out attorney help).

I did change the mailing address by calling NSC. Along with RFE reply,
I mailed the new H1b approval letter and employment letter. (However,
my old employer still considers me as his employee as he is
running consultancy and I am available to him -- as time permits).

Whether my case will be transferred to TSC? I am worried about the delay in the decision.

Any suggestion/help is appreciated.

Thanks for your reply.

I will not request for the transfer of my case.

I have seen, on these forum, that RFE cases have been adjudicated within 1-2 weeks after the receipt of the reply. Mine has been sitting for more than 6 weeks.

Calling IIO is a big pain ....
