The processing dates for I-140s is February 3rd but seems like there are a lot of aprovals for later dates even RD of June. So I wanted to start this new thread and ask you guys for your input. If you have filed your EB-2-NIW to Texas Sercvice center after January and received aprovals or havent heard back from Texas SC please write your dates so we can have a better understanding of the processing trends for EB2-NIW cases. I am running out of my H1B so very stressed. Will appriciate any input.
Thanks

My NIW case was aproved yesterday. Got one LUD and than second one was aproval notice. Good luck to everybody even if you havent post your dates to this topic.

Texas NIW Approved

I had one LUD yesterday with no status change. This morning I checked and I had one LUD with status approved. Then I received three e-mails of approval. Texas Center is working very quicly, I wish good luck to everybody in this forums.

Now I-485 process, hopefully my case will go to Texas

Isnt NSC taking ALL I-485 application irrespective of where you are applying from....? y lawyer told me that. Just like TSC is taking in ALL I-140 applications now no matter where you apply from....correct me if I am wrong....!

I am not really sure about this, but based on my understanding all I-485 applications should be sent to NSC, and once at NSC they may redirect some applications to TSC, in the last 2-3 months this part of the process has had so many changes than I am not sure anymore.. I will meet with my attorney next week and I will post more information

Hello Kulbikr,

Where did you hear that all the I-140 are now going to TSC??? I am really curious! If so, is it irrespective of EB1 or EB2?

Thanks,

Yes, you are wrong (or may be your lawyer is). A recent (a week old) I-140 has been assigned to NSC, NOT TSC as you had suggested.....

if i remember correctly NSC and TSC are supposed to handle only Employment based and the other two will handle family based.......i am not sure about I-140 vs I-485
