In the USCIS website it states,
IMPORTANT: If your receipt notice date is earlier then the processing date shown, we suggest you call our USCIS Customer Service Office at 1-800-375-5283 for assistance.
For Nebraska Service center, the current processing date for I 140 Advanced degree or exceptional ability requesting a National Interest Waiver is JUly 16th 2012. But my receipt notice date is May 30 2012 which is earlier than processing date...My status still shows INITIAL REVIEW What does this mean? Is there any problem with my case?
Does anyone got I40 approved under EB2 NIW? can you please tell me the processing time?
Also, my 6th year H1B visa is expiring in May 2013? will my I 140 approve by that time?very nervous...help me...
