Hi friends,

My online message read that my case was transferred to philadelphia for a interview. Mine is a RD-3/5/03 case (I-485 receipt=EAC 0214351***). My I-140 was approved based on national interest.

I am hoping that the experts in the forum will be able to help me with their experience.

How long after transfer do they typically schedule a interview?
What documents do they generally require?
Any one with experience with the interview in NIW cases?

Did you send employment letter, w2, tax return with your initial filling? Is there any sign in your case can make people guess you changed your field after 1-2 years? Did you send certificate of copies of original document?

Your medical? You have dependent--marriage proof?

I just try to guess the reasons for your transfer. The interview will be somehow related to why you were transferred.
 
I call the 1800 number, they told me that I need 12 months for the interview. I also called the number on the transfer notice. Nobody pick up the phone.
