Currently, I am in the process of self-petition I-485.
I am perparing the following documents:
- Fee Payment
- I-485 Form
- Photos (2 identical)
- G-325 (Bidgraphic Information sheet)
- I-693 (Medical Examination Report)
- I-765
- I-131
- Birth certificate
- Copy of Passport page with nonimmigrant visa
- Evidence of status: copy (both sides) of I-94
- Copy of I-797C, Notice of Action: approval notice (section: Indiv w/Adv Deg or
Exceptional Ability in the National Interest)
I was wondering if the documents below are needed in the I-485 package:
- Employment Letter with position and salary.
- Copies of recent pay stubs
- W2s: three years
Finally, should I file I-485 to Dallas Lockbox or Texas Service Center?
