EB2 levels and (current/future) salary

Hi,

I read many threads and following is the info. I have gathered so far.

Within EB2, there are 4 levels. Each level is defined based on the "salary".

Now my question is that "is it a current salary" ?

OR

"Future salary" - i.e after the LC (it is for future job) approved then the employer will/can pay to the employee.

Since GC is for future employment, I would say it’s a future salary as well.
