One of my friend got offer from one company and the company also offered him sub labor(Eb2) and it was filed on Jun,2000. It was also mentioned by lawyer that it can be used for anybody who had 5 yrs of experience as of Jun,2000. My friend completed B.E on Jun,1995 , but he had one subject left that time. He cleared that by Jul,1996. But his TC from the college says Jun,1995. we are just wondering can he use this labor as he can put 5 yrs of experience from Jun,1995 to Jun,2000?
