How did you file I-485 on Oct 4th 2005. Retrogression for India kicked in from October 1st, 2005.

The updated website for Texas shows April 11th 2006 Processing receipt dates....

Mine is March 29th 2006,TSC people send me a mail....that they received my I-485 (It was transferred from CSC to TSC)....

Anybody in the same situation or dates.......

MY I-765/I-131 got approved on Sep' 25th and sep' 26 (2006) ....

But my LUD's keep on changing 10/11/2006, 10/12/2006......

I don't understand why they are changing?

I got my EAD & AP....


My husband got his GC in June 2006....I am still waiting for mine.............

post your suggestions ASAP..

Actually, USCIS people received our file by sep' 28th 2005 but they, updated on the case status page on Oct' 4th 2005....

Even, we had the same doubt when we saw the date..... but our lawyer told us...that it went before Oct 1st.........

Hi,

since you had filed in EB2, as per current visa bulletin, EB2 is retrogressed for India and the date is Jan 2003. This date should move up to present date to adjudicate your case as they need the visa number. I do not know your priority date if it before Jan 2003, then you should be approved soon. Recently TSC is rocking by approving fast including cases of indians unlike earlier. Two of the folks in the forum "sinnasamy", Eb1India" all got approved withing 2-3 weeks. It is good your file came to TSC and you should be hearing good news.

The dates don't really matter, as the above cases are filed in sep 2006.

We filed for GC in June 2002 ( Is that the priority date?) (Joint filing)

Our labour was approved in August 2005
We filed for I-140(for my husband),I-485(for myself and my husband) in september 2005

It was updated on oct' 4th 2005 (they received on sep' 2005)

We had our FP (code 3) on Nov 9th 2005

November end I got my EAD and AP.

Then it had been transferred from CSC to TSC....

On march 29th 2006, we got an e-mail saying that our I-140/I-485 had been received for processing in Texas......

In june 1st week my husband's I-140 got approved

Again on June 28th his I-485 got approved and got his card in 3 days....

But mine is still pending.........

I don't know, how much time it is going to take?


Very badly, waiting for it...

Anybody, in similar situation?????? I mean husband's aproved but wife still waiting?...


Please help...
