Let me explain my situation before I ask the question.
-I have a 8/2002 PD EB3 labor that just got approved.
-I also have a 6/2005 EB2 labor that was approved sometime back and we are in the process of applying the I140.
If both the I140 get approved, can I merge (wondering if merge is the right term here) both the I140s and come with a I140 that is EB2 and PD is 8/2002.
Both the labors are from the same company.
