EB2 I140 at Nsc: What are the chances?

Hi,

I have a EB2 I140 Application pending at NSC and I am wondering what are the chances of getting it approved or RFE?

My qualification is B.COM and Two years Computer Diploma and then MCA from India. According to Evaluator results, I have masters and that's how I qualify for EB2.

I am seeing couple of people are getting RFE's and rejections at NSC when they are using combination of Education. So Just wanted to check with you gurus like what are the chances?

Please Advise.

MCA is equivalent to MS degree. So relax..... you will get through

NSC sends RFE for those who are using combination of degree+5 years of progressive exp. In your case, you have MS degree...so nothing to worry about
