Behind you by a day!

Man, I'm close behind you at least in terms of when INS

My I-140 was filed on November 13, 2003.

Sorry I can't disclose it more than that. But I have good news for you. I had one my co-worker his case was file a week before me and my case is approved exactly a week after him. So if your case was filed on 11/13/2002 than check your status next week every day and one day you will be surprised.

His was filed under EB3 and mine was under EB2.

your is file under EB3/or EB2? good luck to you.

thanks for complements !!!

congrats man.
Mine ND 11/01/2002 EB2 Solo 03025XXXXXX Looks like concurrent filers are going faster than Solo. But who knows about INS!

My ND is 11/05/03. EB2, Concurrent filing. Haven't heard anything yet.
So don't infer anything. There is no one logic or procedure to how they are proecessing.

no logic whatsoever..

sn99 thanks man !!

following all of the prevalent logics on this forum ,atleast 3 of them 1. I140 going by 485 ND, 2. EAD extension triggering I140 3. EB2 is on hold, My case shouldn't have processed yet.
so there has to be another logic.... Random processing. thats it.

I guess I got just lucky on on 11/14, but I do understand everybody's frustration resulting from outrageous act of randomness by INS , sorry BCIS oh wait a minute UCIS.

good luck.

outrageous act of randomness

Congrats guywithoutgreen.

As you have correctly put all this is ...outrageous act of randomness....

ND(for all) 10/01/02 EB2/Concurrent/No RFE/EAD renewed more than a month ago

EB2 is progressing , that is good news.

Thanks sb_tiger !!!

Hope UCIS will not let this momentum die until the backlog is clreared that is my gut feeling, at some point they have to start processing 485, look like UCIS is trying to clear I140 backlog and then move to I485. that will make much more sense to get I140 out of way. so your could be next.. keep your fingers crossed !!!
