EB2 I140 approved

I have been a long-time viewer of this forum, but never
post a message. My case is approved today, this is
a good news for me and hopefully can bring some
relieve to those still waiting.... INS is making progress!!


Following is my information:

EB2 Concurrently filling

Even yesterday i was told by a BCIS Supervisor that it takes 15 months for EB2 approvals!

That is very good to see I-140 approval, which at least gives some hope that VSC is working on EB cases too.

In Murthy's site it is mentioned only CSC and NSC are using all the workforce towards religious workers' cases.

Hopefully VSC will keep moving farward, at least with this snail pace !!.
