EB2 I140 Approved

Hi Friends,

My company sent my application to INS on 10/1/2002 and they did not issued my EAC#/ RD/ND/Etc. Because they say that is their policy (I know it is stupid policy). So I could not participate in our discussion form. Today I got mail saying my I140 is approved on 7/10/03.
I know that my application is EB2 RIR and most probably my ND is around 7/10/02 (it took around 9 months). That’s all the information I can give you. Thanks and best of luck to you. Hope to see you all in 485 forms ASAP.

Thanks for letting this forum know about your EB2 I-140 approval.

Your's is October '02 case. That is good news for EB2 guys. About your ND, I think you meant 10/7/02 or later

Did you apply for I-485 along with I-140 ?.

Non Concurrent

Thanks Sanga,

It is non concurrent (again its my company stupid policy). Now I have to apply for 485.
