My lawyer is about to file for EB2 I 140. I had a chance to look at the PERM ETA 9089 form. The PERM form asked for Masters degree or Bachelors with 60 months of experience. On the PERM form, there is no mention of "progressive experience". Is that going to cause any issue? would uscis still consider the i 140 to be in eb2?
