I got a I-140 RFE in March filed under EB2.
My lawyer applied 140 in EB2 category when it should have been filed under Eb3. Would it be possible to change 140 filing from EB2 to EB3 by just filing an amendment without having to start the whole LC process again?
Any help is deeply appreciated.
