Hi All,
I am happy to let you guys know that my I-140 has been APPROVED yesterday (september 23rd) and an RFE has been issued on my I-485.
There has been no LUD changes on my I-140 but I-485 date has been changed twice (09/22, 09/23). There is no RFE on my I-140.
I think I knida know what that RFE on I-485 is about. I have undergone INH treatment for 6 months because my skin test result was more than 13 MM and the family doctor recommended to take the INH treatment. I have the letter from doctor saying that I have successfully completed the 6 months treatment. Hoping to see the RFE details soon.

. So, today called CIS and came to know that my I-140 was approved on 9/13 itself 
and by mistake (that's a zillionth one that CSC made) the notice hasn't been sent to my Employer. The lady told me that she updated the computer record to just sent one. Delighted and relieved to some extent but i'm not 100% confident, anyways will wait for 1 week and see what happens
