EB2 I-140 approved with no RFE

ND - 6/25/03
Approved: 3/17/04

I applied for EAD and AP renewal for ND 3/3/04
I think, that triggered the I-140 approval

Congratulations. I am not sure if your EAD/AP renewals triggered the approval. I also have my renewals with ND 01/07/04 pending, but I140 hasn't been taken up for processing so far.

VSC is unpredictable!

2 nd EAD and AP is not approved. Last time my EAD got approved in exact two weeks.
I have also not received any fingerprinting notice.
