My I-140/I-1485 - Receipt Date:RD : March2004.
FP done on 11/5 and 11/13.
LastUpdate I-485 - 11/15/2004(but message not updated anything about fingerprints). My lawer confirmed that mine was applied under EB2.
Could you confirm any of you got approvals , I-140/485 applied around Jan/FEB/March 2004 under EB2....
