EB2-H1-Masters

1.I am planning to change from eb3 to eb2. I got my first H1 based on my bachelors. While working I completed my part time MBA course. My H1 extensions don't reflect that. Is it necessary that my H1 reflect my masters degree since I am now planning to apply for eb2. (I have bachelors+5 yrs,my job requires 5yrs of experience)
2.When should one apply for EB2;before EB3 LC approval or after.

i believe MBA or MS from US unvirsity is safe. I too have BE and MBA (but H1 papers have it mentioned)

I think to get into EB2 ..your job must have a requirement for MBA or atleast your salary must be in the EB2 prevailing wage category.

Think about it ..why should the govt. put people in EB2 or EB1 if the applicant is not getting the prevaling wage for his education ? You may have a PhD.but if you are paid only 50K ..then you should be in EB3 right because that is where most would fall into


You do have a chance to go to EB2 ..even i have a chance .just depends on your current risk situation if you have to make the change
