EB2 filing, please advise on requirements
Hi All,
Hope you are all doing good.
I have a couple of questions regarding filing my new GC.
I have done my Masters in Computer Science in the US. Prior to that I have worked in a school in India for 6 years as head of Computer Science department while I did my BTech by correspondence.
Now in US I have about 10 months experience in programming immediately after Masters degree in US.
Please let me know if I qualify for EB2 category. My H1 shows only US experience, but some sites advise that more experience is needed for EB2. My understanding is with just a Masters degree in the US, anyone is eligible for EB2. I am from India. My assumtion is US Degree + 10 months of US experience is sufficient for EB2.
