Ok, here goes....
PERM was submitted online yesterday and I am now accumulating the required info so that my I-140 can be submitted under EB2 Exceptional Ability when the times comes. I meet 5 out of the first 6 requirments, for 'Exceptional Ability' but my attorney would also like some letters from others who can testify as to my exceptional ability in the Financial Services industry as he says that this is the main criteria for approval. As EB3 worldwide is in retrogression, I would like to give it my best shot.
My question:
1) Has anyone on here been approved under EB2 exceptional ability without the 'testimony letters'
2) Can anyone post a sample letter of what is required for a testimony.
