EB2 Exceptional Ability eligibility - Please Advise

Dear Friends,

My EB3 labor application in the backlog center is nearing decision time. If it gets approved I am considering applying for EB2 Exceptional Ability I-140. This is my background:

* EB3 labor
* BSc and MSc in Computer Science
* Two conference presentations and publications
* Several reference and recognition letters from peers, upper management, CIO, CEO
* Membership in IEEE, ACM

Does this qualify as EB2 I-140 ? What are its chances for approval ?

I am also considering applying another EB3 I-140 as a backup. Is it possible to apply two I-140s with one labor certificate ? If so, what is the process ?
