Situation

* 6 Yrs H1B completes in Feb 2011.
* Labour cleared in EB3.
* Waiting for I-140 clearence.
* I have completed 3 yrs B.Sc.(Electronics) from India in 1993.
* worked 12 Yrs in non-Information Technology.
* Worked 5 Yrs in Information Technology with current employer, got promoted twice since GC filing.
Questions:

1. Can my employer file for my GC again in EB2, taking into consideration the promotions and experience of 12+5 Yrs?
2. If above can't be, then if I do MBA from an accredited university in USA (Online) now. Can my employer file for my GC in EB2? (That is after completion of MBA) - I might get a 3rd promotion by then.
3. If above is also not possible - Can I switch jobs to another company after MBA (By the I will have 3 Yrs B.Sc. + 12 Yrs non-IT experience + 7 yrs IT experience with current employer + 2 Yr MBA from USA) and file for my GC under EB2 and port my current PD?
4. If above is possible, what are the papers / proof from current employer that I should get to enable porting if any?
