Considering current demands and estimate that about 45-50 % of this years country limit for India EB2 (~600 primary applicants) be used by Nov 30, AC21 law for visa number usage in the last quarter and future demand based on the current retrogression for India EB2 to Jan 2002; I predict that India EB2 will move to same levels as Oct/Nov 2007 bulletin by around May of 2008.
