EB2/EB3 and NSC/TSC Aug 2007 filers

Hello friends -
This thread is to understand the processing time line for cases, such as mine, that were filed in August 2007.

There exist some cases that are approved and were filed in August 07, even when the processing dates based on I-485 receipt dates for NSC/TSC are only in July 07.

When I call the customer service to know any status on my case, the representatives simply site my receipt date as inside processing time line and refuse to give any status updates. There is not much argument I can do, either, other than saying a unfriendly "thanks".

To better understand where a case stands, please add your case details to this thread if you fall under this category - RD - Aug'07 EB2/EB3, NSC/TSC and case processed / being processed.

Yes. I don't know, what is up with TSC. It has processed many cases that were filed after Aug'07.

I got an email that my case is issued a RFE. Dont have the details of the RFE.

My lawyer received the RFE mail probably Saturday, Aug 9 (at last). His assistant emailed me about the RFE today morning.

It's about TB skin test; The doctor did not do skin test at that time.

I am relieved though.

Any one got second FP notices for July filers.We applied EAD/AP renewal thru paper on 7/18/2008.Today we got FP notices....Is this regular process of USCIS.

What for it mentioned on FP notice - EAD ? or I485 ? Because you are not passed 15 months yet and they normallu keeps FP data.
