NSC has defined new set of rules for defining EB2. Any ideas if that work retroactively?

I have my EB2- 140 approved in 3yrs+2yrs (MS) ; the lawyer showed MS+0 yrs exp in PERM. Further I filed my 140 in CSC and that got transfer in TSC.

Does anyone has a clue of it?

thanks

I dont have an answer to your question but got a complicated question on similar lines.

Is Bachelors - 3 years (in Commerce) in India + Masters in US (Computer Science) OK for EB2?

Does anyone knows abut the new requirements?

I guess these new requirements published by NSC have to be adhered by TSC as well...right?
