EB2 cut off dates expectations in 2007

Any expectations on visa cut off dates in 2007 year.

My PD is 06/03/2003 EB2
I140 applied on 12/28/2006


Any idea when can i get my date....

Relax... there should very slow but steady progress of EB2. Not a fast progress... because EB2-India no longer gets overflow from EB2-world. As your PD is before the mass migration from EB3 to EB2 began, you should not remain stuck forever (as might be suspected for 2004 filers onwards). 2007 should be your lucky year.

That's the best theory fitting the whatever the info is available till date. Wish we all knew better.
