Hello,

I-140 & I-485 filed on Aug 3, 2003.

My I-140 not yet approved. I don't know what's going on? How can I check status about I-140 with NSC.

Is any one in the same boat.... Please answers

Filed I140 Concurrent EB3, RD - Aug 20 , ND - Aug 25.
Still waiting !!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Looks like ours is in the unlucky/lost pile of cases that get approved last.

When did you apply your Labor ? ( State level).

My state labour was filed in March 2003 and labour approved in federal in July 2003
