Hi everybody! We filed our 485 application in February 2000. Had finger printing done in April 2000. Already renewed our EAD\'s. I talked to an IIO today and he told me to get ready for re-doing our finger prints because they expire in July. I asked him if it\'s possible to expedite our case to avoid re-doing finger printing, and he said they did\'t have the authority to do that. He also gave me the standard answer that they are still processing July 99, so ours are still pending. We\'re feeling hopeless. We even contacted a Congressman, whose office called TSC and got the same "July 99 and 80k cases pending" answer. Anyone has any idea how long this wait will be? Thanks!
