I have 3 Years bachelors + 2 Years of Masters(From India) + Around 4 years of experience.Can I apply my GC in EB2 Category?Will there be any issues because of 3 Years of Bachelors.

I do not think there would be an issue on Bachelors since you have Masters degree which qualify for EB2. It says "Members of the Professions Holding Advanced Degrees or Persons of Exceptional Ability " and also you have 4+ years experience.

Consult your attorney to make sure.

You do not automatically qualify for EB2 category - your employer need to justify that they need someone with that qualificagtion for the future employment.

If the position requires only BS, you cannot apply as EB2
It depends upon the position requirements
Its not automatic
