EB2 Category--485 Approval Time

Guys,
Mine is EB2 category.Got my I-140 approved in Jan'05.Done with FP's on April'08'05...FP - ND-April'16'05..Saying that they recieved the FPs and case has been resumed..No progress after that..LC--Substitution(April'2000)...
When can i expect the approval..Has Anyone have any information regarding these kind of case.
