I will file petition under EB2 and using 5yr-experience from current company.
My question is: before working in current company, I ever worked around 8-10 months in a company under OPT but it was freelance/cash based. I tried to get experience letter from this company for my reference, but this company didn't recognize me (probably because it was cash project), supervisor is no longer there either. Long story short, without this experience letter/reference, I cannot proof this employment.
However, lawyer stated that the experience letter from previous company won't ever be required/audited because I file EB2 using 5-yr experience from current company only.
