eb2 - business necessity letter

Hi

I need to help my lawyer to prepare business necessity letter to prepare my case

I think the ad, my cv and this letter should have similar description for my case to qualify for eb2

friends who already have eb2 with perm process, please help

Ask your lawyer to use a third-party company to prepare a Business Necessity letter for you. Those companies normally use University professors to prepare official letters. I did the same in my case. However the audit response was sent just 2 days ago. So, I can't tell you how the response would be from DOL for those professionally written letters. They asked $350 to prepare a business necessity letter, however we ended up paying more because we had to ask them to expedite it. :p
