We filed I-140 in TSC. I have BSc (3 yrs) , MSc (2 yrs) education with 7 yrs exp. and filed labor on EB2 category as BS with 5+ yrs exp. Anyone has details, I140 - EB2 will be an issue? pls post your reply. Thx,
