Hey guys,

EB2 from India approved after interview in milwaukee. my priority date became current on may 1st. I got a stamp on my passport after the interview and that too after i asked for it.

EB2 India. Priority date aug 2002. no RFE, never contact senators. transfered to local office last year.

just went with the flow of the INS. and after my priority date got current, i went for an infopass appoitment and pointed out that it was current. they said they would send a message to the officer. then they sent me an apointment for interview for 5/17. approved and stamped during the interview.

Did you have any difficulty with FBI Name Check? If yes, what did you do to help it cleared? Thanks.

i dont know when it went for name check or whether it was stuck. when i went for interview in jan 2006, they told me everything was fine except that i had to re-fingerprint and that i had to wait for the priority dates.
