The I-485 were approved for both my spouse and me. Approved notice received yesterday and now waiting for the cards. Here is the rough timeline:

1. RIR LC EB2 China priority date 7/31/01. The priority date become current in Feb, 06.

2. Concurrent 140/480 RD Sept, 2003, namecheck pending since Oct, 2003

3. 140 approved March, 2005, (No rfe)

4. 485 approved 2/14/2006. (No rfe)

USCIS online account

My USCIS online account to check the status and LUDS somehow got locked up. I think the password expired and it did not let me change the password (my answer to the question in their file did not seem to match)..I dont know how to unlock my account. any suggestions?

Same happen to me, i created another account with different email id, now you will receive emails to both the account

Do you know when your name check get cleared? And how did you make it happen, contact congressman, etc.?

In answer to a couple questions:

1. I am not aware of any LUD changes prior to the approval.
2. W.r.t name check, I didn't do anything specific pushing for it and just waited for it to resolve on its own.
 
Congrats!!! My case is very close to yours, but unfortunately I was stuck in name check. Anyway it is good to see some progress.
