I need help urgently!!
I filed a traditional labor certification on February 2003 in Orlando. Florida. My company’s headquarters are in Houston. My LC was approved on November last year (it took almost three years). However, on the same month my company closed the office in Orlando and do not have more offices in Florida. My lawyer told me my LC is useless now. I am under H1B with the same company working in Los Angeles. I know one option is to file a PERM but I do want to try to use my approved LC. I only have one year left of my H1B extension.
My question is: if I change the job location on the I-140 from Orlando to Los Angeles do I still have a case arguing they just recently closed the office in Orlando?
Any similar cases?
