Although my EB3 was approved way back in 2004, my lawyer filed for EB2 in Feb 2007. He said that he should have filed my labor under EB2 to start with, but he made a mistake in 2002. Is my old PD of Feb 2002 valid for EB2 also?
I am from India. As per Sep bulletin, EB3 PD for India is unavailable, but EB2 PD for India is April 2004. Am I considered current (EB2, PD 2002) or not (EB2, PD 2007)?
