My freind got his EB2 140 approved from Vermont on July 21. He told me about it couple of days back.
He filed his case in Jan 2004, I do not know the exact date.

Right on Guys

Its nice to see that we have progressed from asking for 140 approvals to specific categories. I dont know who should be credited for this. Its a little bit better. Lets hope they get EB2 rolling.
