EB2 applying thru Perm

Hi,

I have an EB3, approved 140 with a priority date of October 2003.

My employer says, he can apply for a labor under EB2 in Perm as he has all the ads ready.

Is it a good time to apply under EB2? or should I wait?

I need to take an action in 10 days.

Gurus, your reply will be much appreciated.
