I have existing EB3 application pending (Labor/140 approved), 485 pending with priority date Nov 2005 and want to file new EB2 application so that I can port my EB3 priority date to my EB2 application.
My question is does my experience for new EB2 application has to match exactly to my previous EB3 application? My previous employer has added some irrelevant experience to my EB3 application and I do not want it to be part of my EB2 application.
