EB2 and I-485

Myself and my children have applied for AOS, AP and EAD throught my husbands company in July 2007 (EB3 category with priority date July 2004).

I also have I-140 approved through my company in EB2 Category with priority date Mar 2006. Now that EB2 has become current, should I go ahead and apply for AOS through my company. Also at the same time, can I add my husband and children as dependents (inspite of having me and my children as dependents in my husband's application)?

Is there any benefit of applying AOS through EB2? Please reply as I am in confusion now. My Attorney says I can apply and add my husband and children as my dependents and that will be better as EB2 dates are moving.
 
Your attorney is right. You can add your husband and children as dependents.

You can also ask your lawyer about Pros and Cons about applying in COS.
