Hope that you guys could help me - I have an approved LC and filed I140 under EB3 - it's a long wait for EB3 as everyone knows -
I want my employer to file my application under EB2.
My question is :
1. Can the same employer file for me under EB2 while the EB3 processing is underway?
My exp. is following:
* Bachelors (4 years)
* MS from US
* Work experience (2 years from a previous employer , 5 years from current also have worked on campus during my Masters)
I don't want to withdraw my application for EB3 who knows when it comes current
Would appreciate your response.
