I am new here since I just got to know this forum from my friend.
FYI, NSC IS doing the so called pre-adjusting stuff cz my PD is not current, however, USCIS is sending me REF, yet don't know what the REF about. I will post it once I receive it.
Got two questions if anybody kindly reply,
1. my case is NIW based, and the REF only goes to the primary applicant. I guess the REF is regarding to EVL or so. Any other guess?
2. Is the REF a sign of Name check cleared?
My case is in NSC with PD at 11/04.
