My PD field is blank on my 485 receipt

My approved I-140 has RD 5/2001 and ND 7/2001. I did not use any attorney and did my FP at San Antonio. I have never changed my address since filing 485. I did live in more than five addresses during the last five years. I doubt that you can figure out any pattern. I also have a pending I-140 which was filed in 8/1998. Yes! 8/1998!

I filed 485 in Oct. 01, no sign of FP. I am in Austin and should go to San Antonio for FP. It can\'t be explaind by location dependency. I guess just a TSC mess.

I have an attorney dealing with my old I-140 appeal. I already told them that I do not want to spend any penny on it. They told me that it is their job to keep track of my case.

tsc77, I am also in Austin. My friend mentioned above is also in Austin. Sorry to hear that you have not received FP notice.

We both did not use attorneys. I think most of attorneys tend to mess up everything. They prefer to complicate your case so they can bill you more.
 
What is the explanation? for 11/30/2001?

what is the explanation for having the group that has that 11/30/2001 to be given earlier FP?
