EB1OR-NSC (pp upgrade) approval

just now I got two e-mails from USCIS that my case has been approved after upgraded to pp last week.

EB1OR (i-140 and 485): VSC sep 2005
EAD and AP: nov 2005
FP: nov 2005
case transferred to NSC: may 2006 (both 140 and 485)
RFE on I-140: nov 2006
RFE replied: december 10th 2006
LUD: 26th, 29th, 30th, 31st January
FP: feb 2007
pp upgrade for I-140: april 19th
LUD after pp: april 19th and 20th
approval of I-140: 27th april (LUD also on 27th april)
now waiting for I-485

I got am email from CRIS today that my EB1-EA efiled to TSC got approved. Mine is not pp and it takes only three months for approval.

Now, I wonder I can file I485 (retrogressed country)
